Choosing the professional consultant is more important than choosing the hearing aid brand. A lot of knowledge and experience is needed to prescribe hearing aids. Ronald, the lead consultant from Clariti, conducted a hearing test for me, and concluded that my current aids are not ideal for my needs. I was feeling occluded and I am hearing too much low frequencies. That is why I was not comfortable.

I bought another pair of hearing aids from Clariti. Ronald prescribed me a pair of aids suitable for my hearing needs, lifestyle and budget. They were cheaper than the ones I bought from the hospital but I love them so much more. These aids are quieter and more comfortable to wear too.
